Our Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must still be attached (for wetsuits and clothing items)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Inflatable bodyboards (once inflated)
  • Used wetsuits (including baby & toddler wetsuits)
  • Opened accessory packages
  • Custom or special order items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (98 Carlton St, Nottingham, GB NG6F 3VH)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number (clearly visible)
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or product changes):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product received
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs

Water Sports Equipment Care Tip

Before returning wetsuits or SUPs, please rinse them with fresh water to remove any salt, sand, or chlorine. This helps us process your return faster and ensures we can accept the item back.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP and may vary slightly due to exchange rates
